Job purpose Based at a construction Site at Scarisbrick New Road, Southport. To provide secretarial / administrative support to the Project leadership. Main Responsibilities Gathering and collating information. Typing and issuing minutes, agendas and rotas of meetings. Controlling drawing register, stamping drawings, printing and copying drawings. General telephone, typing correspondence and filing duties Comments Job start date will be January 2018, fixed term for 2 years. Minimum Qualifications Working towards Business Administration level 2/3 or equivalent would be preferred. Will consider applicants without previous experience. A valid CSCS card would be an advantage. Experience and skills Excellent I.T, numeracy, literacy skills Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.

Hours: 7.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday (may be some flexibility to finish earlier)

Duration: Fixed term for 2 years

Close Date: 19/01/2018

Salary: Wage will be at least National Minimum and will be negotiable depending on experience.
