Team Leader Breakfast & Afterschool Club Waterloo 1237107

To assist the Assistant Manager in the everyday running of the Breakfast & Afterschool club. Main Responsibilities To coordinate daily pickups/drop offs and maintain ratios in the absence of assistant manager. To supervise and motivate staff to perform their best. To communicate with families and other professionals

Hours: 25 Hours per week, Monday- Friday.

Duration: Permanent

Salary: 8 per hour

Qualifications Required: Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent Must have leadership experience This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offender Act 1974 as the position involves working within the close proximity of young children. The post holder will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS disclosure. DBS will initially be paid by the employer.
