Carer/Support Worker/PA Ainsdale, Southport DP/JR/JH

Description:

To provide 1:1 support to a fun, friendly and sociable 10-year-old boy who has Duchenne muscular dystrophy and autism.

I am a little comedian who loves to joke around and have lots of fun and I can be a little bit cheeky. My favourite thing to do is go to the cinema and have a McDonalds.

I also like to visit the hobby craft shop because I am into arts and crafts.

I love anything to do with the Titanic and I like animals particularly giraffes and police dogs.

I do often require the use of my wheelchair which I have fantastic control over and can zoom around in it quite easily. I am looking for a friendly, reliable, and caring person who I can have lots of fun with.

• To provide support and encouragement with all aspects of personal care.
• Support to participate in activities that I enjoy and help me to discover new ones.
• Support to access the wider community and possibly explore new environments.
• Help to keep me safe whilst out and about.

12 hours per week

£11.44 P/H
