Carer/Support Worker/PA Bootle DP/JR/LM

Description:

To provide support to a 11-year-old boy with severe learning difficulties who is non-verbal and always requires close supervision.

Support with all aspects of personal care is required including toileting.

I am mobile but require a wheelchair when out in the community to keep me safe.

I love to go swimming, take part in sensory play and being out in the car. I am looking for a kind caring person who is willing to get to know me and understand my needs, support me with my personal care, help keep me safe and support me to do the activities I enjoy.

20hrs pw during school term

Additional 5hrs pw during school holidays (days and times to be agreed)

15hrs x 2 overnight support sessions every 4 weeks

£11.44    P/H
