4 Kidz is a registered charity dedicated to supporting children's play,
development, and well-being. We offer a range of fun and engaging play activities
for children aged 3-11years. We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Second
in Charge Playworker to join our team and help create a fun environment where
children can thrive.

Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a childcare professional who is
looking to develop their skills and knowledge to move in to a management role.
This role as Second in Charge is to work support the manager in the day to day
running of this busy out of school club you
will play an essential role in encouraging and facilitating engaging play
activities and working closely with other staff to create a vibrant and
enjoyable atmosphere for children within our breakfast and afterschool clubs.

Hours

Breakfast Club 7.5 hours per week, term time. Core hours 7.30am - 9am.

Afterschool Club

18 hours per
week -  term time
Core hours
2.30pm-6.00pm

Holiday Club

25 hours per week on a rota basis - all school holidays, except Christmas.

Qualifications

Level 3 Playwork
or Childcare qualification essential.
Experience in
a play environment or in caring for children (voluntary or paid), essential.

Salary

£12.82 per hour, depending on qualifications.

Satisfactory Enhanced DBS Disclosure
and references are required and will be processed by the Charity for the
successful candidate.
