Main responsibilities.

28-year-old non-binary adult in need of a PA for 17 hours of care
per week.

The client you will be looking after is a bright and bubbly
person, they have a deep love of music and often socialises in the local music
scene. Also a massive fan of anime.

This individual has complex and dynamic disabilities and struggles
with all aspects of daily living and would need support to maintain a better
quality of life.

Struggles the service user has:
FND (functional neurological disorder), NEPS (non-epileptic psychogenic
seizures/attacks), ASD (autism spectrum disorder), Generalised anxiety and
depression, phobia of kitchens (due to traumatic experiences), PTSD (post
traumatic stress disorder), ED (eating disorder)

17 hours per week.
Days and times to be agreed between client and PA.

Duties (day to day)

Expected duties would be:
* Maintaining a habitable home.
* Cooking and providing meals.
* Help to access the community.
* Emotional support.
* Shopping support.
* Prompting daily living needs such as hygiene
and medication.
* Taking time to understand needs of the
client.

Excellent communication.

Experience with Autism.

Desire to progress knowledge.

Initiative based on observation.

Able to cook good, healthy meals.

Brilliant organisation skills.

Reliability and flexibility with days/hours to be worked.

Willingness to build up and develop a positive relationship/friendship.

An enhanced DBS check will be required before employment
commences; this cost will be met by the employer.
