Sefton@Work Christmas Hours

Sefton@Work will be closed on December 24th 2024 and reopen on January 2nd 2025

Over the Christmas and New Year period most council buildings will be closed from 4pm on Monday 23rd December, reopening at 9.15am on Thursday 2nd January.

Information on many services, including bin collections, applying for licenses, reporting environmental issues or paying Council Tax and business rates, can be found on this website.

An automated phone service on 0345 140 0845 which details helpful emergency points of contact will be in place from Tuesday 24th December 2024 until Thursday 2nd January 2025.

Sefton@Work

Sefton@Work will be operating an answerphone service on our main telephone number 0151 934 2610. We will respond to any messages on 2nd January 2025. Alternatively you can also email us on seftonatwork.info@sefton.gov.uk

 Social Care Services for Adults and Children continue to operate during this period for urgent support and advice.

Both services can be contacted between the hours of 9am and 5pm on the following numbers

Children’s Social Care

Our CHAT team will be available on all non-Bank Holiday weekdays between 9am-5pm. (Monday 23rd, Tuesday 24th, Friday 27th, Monday 30th, Tuesday 31st December)
