DWP Restart Scheme

The Restart Scheme provides personalised support to unemployed individuals in Sefton who have been in receipt of Universal Credit for more than 9 months.

The programme offers an Employment Coach who will work closely with individuals to create a tailored plan to help them find a job. The team provides guidance on job searching, coaching, and advice on applying and interviewing for positions.

The service also includes support to enhance health and wellbeing, settling into new roles, and assistance with benefits, training, and career progression.

Interested individuals can request a referral from their Job Centre Work Coach.
